Delivery Styles:
TREATS INCLUDED OPTION: Completed Party Favors - Favors come ready to distribute with treats included. Our favors come in a quantity of 12. If you are needing more than 12 of each favor, please change the quantity on this listing. (Example: If you need 24 of each favor in the package, then you would change the qty to 2).
 
TREATS NOT INCLUDED OPTION: Labels/Wrappers ONLY- Our labels are printed and shipped on high quality photo and adhesive photo paper with easy to follow instructions on how to assemble. If you are needing more than 12 of each favor, please change the quantity on this listing. (Example: If you need 24 of each favor in the package, then you would change the qty to 2).
 
***Turnaround Time***
A preview of your design will be sent to the email address that you provided within 72 hours from  when you placed your order. We will need your approval or requested changes to your design within 24 hours of your design being sent. If we do not hear from you, we will ship your order as is.
 
**After Mock up is sent, we offer 1 change to the design at no cost, any other changes after that, will require a $15 change fee**
 
Your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS 2-4 Day Shipping Transit time and will arrive within 2-7 Business days before your event. Processing time is 7-14 business days so please provide ample amount of time before your special event to ensure your favors arrive in time. If your order is outside of the required lead time please email us or message us via the “contact us” link to see if we can fulfill your order. There will be a Rush Fee in the amount of $30 for orders that have been accepted outside of the required processing time.
 
It is extremely important that you list the correct date of your event, to make sure that your favors arrive on time.
 
Tracking will be sent to you via email once your favors ship.
 
*Photos on your favors are optional. If you would like to add a photo, please send your photo to support@ciaradiorcreates.com. In the event we cannot use your photo for whatever reason we will contact you to let you know.
 
{THE FINE PRINT}Please be aware that when your design is printed the colors may slightly alter from what you see on your monitor. All monitor screens have light behind the screen making some colors appear brighter and more vibrant than what they will actually print. We do not accept refunds after your order is placed.
 
In the event of a party cancellation or reschedule, we will hold a credit on your account for a future day. If we have already printed your order and you need to make any changes, you will need to place a new order.
