Make a dog tag using a photo of your child or children, pet(s), parent(s), or sibling(s). You can even use a quote instead of a picture.
 
You have the option of ordering a double sided dog tag or a single sided one that has a white finished back. Ordering a tag that is double sided with a design will incur an additional charge.
 
Dog tag measurements: 1.18" x 2.36". A 23.6" resizable bead chain is included with purchase. This is a printed tag. It is not engraved.

All orders are custom made, purchases made are final sale and returns are not accepted. I will only accept PRE-AUTHORIZED returns that are the result of my error. In such cases, a replacement will be made available. If there is an issue, please email me immediately. Issues must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
 
***Turnaround Time***
A preview of your design will be sent to the email address that you provided when you placed your order. We will need your approval or requested changes to your design within 24 hours of your design being sent. If we do not hear from you, we will ship your order as is.
