(Once received, we will send you the proof for your design within 72 hrs, Weekends & holidays excluded. If you would like changs after the mock up, you can have one design change at no cost. Any changes after that will result in a $25 design change fee. This includes any changes in the design such as color, theme, photos etc. 
 
Shirt Material: All shirts are 100% Polyester. Sublimation needs polyester in order to complete the process of transfer. All shirts are white, they’re unisex and the shirts do run big. This T-shirt option is for All Over 3D print only. This means the whole front of the shirt will be printed and the back side is white, unless you choose a front and back design option for an addition cost. Sizes are up to 3X.
 
The printed colors will be as close as possible to the design, but it’s not always accurate.
 
Please note that with dye sublimation orders, there may be slight inconsistencies from print to print. These inconsistencies can include the presence of white wrinkles in areas where the garment was not perfectly flat, especially along seams, around the collar, around the arm pit area, the top of the shirt, and along the sides near the seams. It's important to mention that these white wrinkles may be more visible on Plus size shirts. It is also possible for "ghosting" to occur, where the dye gas settles into surrounding elements within the design. This can result in unintentional color shadowing within the design or on the back of the shirt. In some cases, the ink may leak to the back of the shirt, causing a light ink color or stain. Please be aware that due to the nature of sublimation printing, there is no guarantee of a completely flawless print.

TURN AROUND TIME: Please allow up to 10 business days before your item ships. This time frame depends on the current workload so it is imperative that you place your order sooner than later to avoid receiving your item after your important event. Normally, I am finished well before the 10 business days but to guarantee you receive your order sooner, it is best to pay the rush fee. For orders outside of the lead time, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accomodate your request. Please note there will be a $30 rush fee.
